By using our services we receive certain (personal) data of you. We only process the personal data that is entered by you, in the context of your requested service, or in the situation in which it is clear that you enter your data in order for it to be processed. - Informing &samhoud organized events and published works.

- Possible conversation logs are used to get more insight in the client brief and to paint a clear picture of the organization.
Through our website we offer the possibility to send questions, suggestions or complaints to our consultants by means of a contact form, that asks for your name, email address and message. The data you send us will be kept for as long as it is necessary in light of the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail to be fully answered and dealt with. We strive for processing within 24 hours.
We do not publish your customer data.
Provision to third parties
We use the CRM system of QS Solutions internally. They are ISO27001 certified. Also, billing data is stored in AFAS, an organization that is also certified for the ISO27001.
This privacy statement does not apply to third party websites that are linked to our service. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or safe manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before using these websites.
You are free to disable cookies through your browser. The detailed description on the website explains how this is possible. Please note that it is possible that our website will no longer work optimally.
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our website. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google in order to agree on the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. Finally, we make the IP addresses anonymous.
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data.
After termination of a contract with our customers, call reports are made anonymous. Personal data in our CRM system is stored for 5 years. Subsequently, permission will be requested if we want to keep data in our customer database for a longer period of time.
